Return & Cancellation Policy
At Sleep Well, we want you to rest easy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need to make a change, please review our guidelines below.
Standard Returns
Eligibility for Refund/Exchange: We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Product quality issues.
・Incorrect item received.
・Product is expired or deteriorated upon arrival.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable: We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, damage caused by the customer, final sale/clearance items, or personalized items.
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the item's delivery date.
Standard Cancellations
Eligibility: Applies to unshipped items within your order.
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order at any time before the item has been shipped. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Final Sale Items Customers cannot request returns or cancellations for items marked as "Final Sale". (Note: These standard return and cancellation rules apply only to items purchased after the rule's activation or update).
