Return & Refund Policy
The conditions for returns and refunds at Sleep well are as follows;
・Returns apply only to items purchased or received.
・We have a 14-day Return & Refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
・No charge for returns
・We cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or Gift Cards.
Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, please submit a "Issue Report Form" form from the contact menu. You will also need to include a photo of the item in the "Issue Report Form" so that our customer support can verify the condition of the item. Please select the appropriate reason from the field to enter the reason for the refund.
Refund or Exchange Eligibility:
・In the event of a quality issue with the product.
・If the received product differs from the one ordered.
・If the received product has expired or deteriorated (normal deterioration under standard shipping conditions is not guaranteed).
Non-Refundable or Exchangeable Items:
・Refund or Exchange requests due to customer preference.
・Damage caused by customer.
・Final sale or clearance items.
・Customized or personalized items.
After our customer support team verify the issue and process the refund accordingly, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method which may take several days to process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About Returning Items
We usually do not ask customers to return or send back purchased items. However, in certain cases—such as issues related to product defects, incorrect items being shipped, or other exceptional circumstances—we may request the return of items for further evaluation. In such instances, we will provide detailed instructions to ensure a smooth return process. Please note that shipping fees for returns may apply depending on the situation.
Exchanges
The quickest approach to ensure you get what you want is to report the issues. Please fill out the "Issue Report Form" to report the condition of the item and your request for a exchange. In case of replacement, we will only exchange the subject product for which we have received a report from the customer. Upon receipt of the problem, we will send you a new replacement package.
*No refunds will be accepted for product exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via "Issue Report Form" immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
