The "Plum Wine & 4-Flavor Miniature Bottle Tasting Set" is a collection of liqueurs based on Umeshu (plum wine) refined in the plum-growing region of Ishigami Japan, blended with fruits from Wakayama Prefecture. We have gathered all four varieties of "ishigami &" Plum Wine from Ishigami-village, where every step from soil preparation is handled with meticulous care, in compact bottles. These delicious spirits, unique to a plum-producing region, are recommended not only for your own home but also as gifts for parties and gatherings.

  • Ume: Made using Kishu Nanko plums that were allowed to fully ripen on the tree in the plum-growing region of Ishigami. A classic, rich, and mellow flavor that melts in your mouth.

  • Peach Ginger: A combination of Wakayama-grown peaches and fresh ginger. A fruity yet sharp flavor reminiscent of a luxurious dessert.

  • Wakayama Sangria: A blend of Sangria featuring Wakayama-grown peaches, Unshu mandarin oranges, and lemons. A rich, deep flavor.

  • Yuzu: Generously infused with yuzu juice from the Kozagawa region of Wakayama. A slightly bitter and refreshing flavor.
